Aromatherapy Sauna
A dry heat sauna filled with a relaxing aroma ($15)

Private Mineral Bath
Water drawn from our very own Rosemary Spring is tempered to your liking.  The natural minerals present in the water have been known to increase circulation, soften the skin, relax the muscles, and induce overall relaxation of the body and mind ($21)

Massage Therapy
Derived from ancient cultures, healing touch has long played a role in the maintenance of homeostasis – or balance – within the body.  Through the systematic external application of touch, it is believed the response can relieve tension, encourage relaxation, assist in the recovery of certain physical ailments, and improve systemic operations within the body.

Swedish – Understood to be the most commonly practiced form, it is considered a system of therapeutic massage and exercise for the muscles and joints.

Reflexology – A therapeutic method of relief by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet and hands. (30 Minutes - $45, 60 Minutes - $80)

Pregnancy – Can include different forms of massage each intended to support the physiologic, structural, and emotional well-being of both mother and fetus that may be applied throughout pregnancy as well as during labor and the stpartum period.

Deep Tissue– Focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. The movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.

Sports – Focus is on maintenance of the athletic body.  Is considered helpful in preventing injuries, preparing the body for athletic activity, maintaining optimal condition, and to help recover from workouts and injuries. (30 Minutes - $45, 60 Minutes - $80)

Skin Therapy

Age Defying Skin Polisher – Gentle exfoliation with a combination of vitamins and nutrients that encourage cell regeneration and moisture retention.  Recommended for skin that is sensitive.

Citrus Sensation – Gentle exfoliation with an energizing boost of vitamin C that soften and enhance the skin.  Recommended for skin that is sensitive.

Chocolate Indulgence – Course exfoliation accompanies rich oils and vitamin E that nourish and hydrate the skin while feeding the senses.  Not recommended for skin that is easily irritated or sensitive.

Crystal Hydration – Not too gentle yet not to course, the skin is exfoliated and left deeply hydrated and moisturized. Not recommended for skin that is easily irritated or sensitive.

Tropical Sea Salt – A balance of tropical oils and sea salt work together to breakdown and exfoliate dead skin cells leaving the skin refreshed and hydrated.  Not recommended for skin that is easily irritated or sensitive.

 

Body Wraps 

Each of our wraps is designed to draw toxins out of fatty tissue and enhance the body.
They are likely to increase sweating and encourage a temporary loss in weight and should be carefully chosen to achieve the benefit desired.

Algae Clay Purifying – Enhances circulation while nourishing and hydrating the skin.  Not recommended for our guests with shellfish allergies.  (50 Minutes-$105)

Herbal Hydrating – The combination of herbs work together to gently exfoliate, replenish and hydrate the skin.  Recommended for all skin types.  (50 Minutes-$95)

Moor Mud Detoxifying – Encourages the purging of impurities from the body while the naturally present minerals replenish the skin.  Recommended for all skin types.  (50 Minutes-$100)

Parafango Conditioning – The combination of fango mud and paraffin encourages the purging of impurities while conditioning and hydrating the skin.  Recommended for all skin types.

Facials

Mini – Opens the pores, cleanses, exfoliates, and moisturizes.  The perfect pick-me-up for the busy schedule. (25 Minutes  $45)

European – In addition to cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing the face, the hands and feet are moisturized with warmth, and a soothing neck and shoulder massage is applied.  (50 Minutes-$80)

Specialized – One of our licensed skin care professionals will analyze your skin and then designs a facial that addresses the needs of your particular skin.  Whatever your concerns – dryness, sensitivity, blemishes – our customized facial will provide the basis for an on-going skincare regiment.  (50 Minutes-$90)

Gentleman’s – Designed exclusively to cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize the facial skin of a man which tends to be thicker and produces more oil. (50 Minutes-$75)

Back – For the skin that others tend to see more than we do, a cleansing that exfoliates and moisturizes while encouraging the muscles in the back to relax.  (50 Minutes-$75)

Finishing Touches

Paraffin - A therapeutic treatment that soothes and moisturizes the skin.  Also known to relieve muscle and joint pain.

Scalp Therapy - The scalp is deeply moisturized and massaged to help combat the drying effects of lifestyle and environment. ( 25 Minutes - $45)
